Chemical Engineering undergraduate student Sophie Miller was awarded the prestigious Churchill Scholarship for the 2015-16 academic year. Sophie will be able to pursue her research interests in nanoporous materials for cancer treatment at the University of Cambridge in England after graduating from Stanford this year. Sophie was chosen by the Winston Churchill Foundation of the United States to be one of the 14 Americans to receive this scholarship.
